i bought the Pandora bracelet, unfortunately it was a little small i need an 18, however after 2 emails i have yet to receive a response about returning the bracelet, i work in a software support department and have done for 25 years for different companies so know about customer service this is poor very poor very quick to take the money then nothing if an issue arises. I was going to just ask or wait for a size 18 but I will now be asking for a refund as this customer service is not good.

Thank you for your feedback - I have just looked back through emails andfound the email you sent last week, my sincere apologies if this was not replied to.

All orders are sent out with a packing slip/invoice which has the clear instructions for either returning/exchnaging if needed and the process for doing so. Did you not then receive this with your order?
