Delivery Explained

Order Before 3pm for same day dispatch where possible!

Some times things can get delayed but we always work hard for quick delivery.

Tracked Delivery

To make sure you can keep track of your order journey there is a charge of £4.95 for all orders under £50.00. 

These will be dispatched via a tracked service by either DPD or Royal Mail, depending on location.

Next Day Delivery

If you want to guarantee Next Day delivery you can choose this option for an additional £7.50

If ordered on the weekend dispatch will be next working day via Royal Mail.

Orders Over
£50

All orders that total over £50 are automatically sent using Tracked delivery absolutely FREE of charge.

The will be dispatched via either DPD or Royal Mail, depending on location.

DELIVERY FAQ

 

We will endeavour to meet any given date for delivery however we cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control. If we are unable to make the expected delivery date due to stock issues we shall inform you by email or phone as soon as possible.

3pm is our cut off. This allows us time to pick and pack and have your orders collected. If you place your order after 3:00pm, it will not be dispatched until the next working day.

You can upgrade to Next Day Delivery when checking out.

 If you are in a rush we would suggest Next Day Delivery (extra cost of £7.50 per parcel) – You can select this option during checkout.

Please note orders placed on Saturday/Sunday won’t be dispatched until Next Working Day. A Friday cannot be guaranteed for Saturday delivery.

You will receive a tracking number with your order which you will be able to monitor via either the DPD tracking service (https://www.dpdlocal-online.co.uk/tracking) or Royal Mail “Track and Trace” page (https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item). Dependant on the service shown on your dispatch email. 

Once dispatched, all orders are fully insured by ourselves until they have been delivered and signed for.

As soon as your order has been delivered, or confirmed as having been delivered, then you are responsible for them.

If your order is dispatched on a Friday it isn’t guaranteed for Saturday delivery.

Please note the delivery estimates are standard working days excluding bank holidays.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within a week, you must allow 14 working days before we can send a replacement if the item is lost in the post. If your original order later arrives, please return it to us.

Certain areas are not covered under our normal delivery payment limits. If you live within any of the following postal regions there are 2 options – You can opt for the use of DPD which will come with an additional charge of £30. Or go with standard delivery using Royal Mail, the delivery times can be prolonged for this.

To help with the festive spirit if someone changes their mind we’re offering extended returns on orders placed from 25th November until 20th January 2024. 

There’s still plenty of time!

But just so you’re aware, the last postage dates for DPD and Royal Mail are below. Of course any unexpected delays due to the busy period/weather are out of our hands and recommend ordering earlier! 

DPD – 21st December.

Royal Mail Standard – 20th December.

Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery – 21st December.
