Please allow 1-3 working days for dispatch from the date of placing your order. This is to allow us time to check stock availability, inspect the quality of the item and process it for delivery.
We will endeavour to meet any given date for delivery however we cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control. If we are unable to make the expected delivery date we shall inform you by email or phone as soon as possible.
Once dispatched all orders are fully insured by Royal Mail or ourselves until they have been delivered and signed for.
As soon as your order has been delivered, or confirmed as having been delivered by Royal Mail, then you will be responsible for them.
Special delivery & recorded delivery
All orders for items that total over £100 are automatically sent Special delivery free of charge. Special delivery is guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm; however this can be subject to unpredictable delays, depending on royal mail. If your order is dispatched on Friday it isn’t guaranteed for Saturday – if this is required send us a email and we can send it for delivery Saturday delivery, this may incur extra cost.
If your order is below £100 then we will send it recorded delivery which is free, and this can take 1-3 days, recorded delivery can also be subject to unpredictable delays, if you are in a rush we would suggest special delivery (extra cost of £6.50 per parcel) – the option is provided on the shopping cart page.
Remember, if you place your order after 4pm, it will not be dispatched until the next working day.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within a week, you must allow 21 days before we can send a replacement if the item is lost in the post. This is because we have to wait for 15 working days before we can chase up missing items with Royal Mail.
In exceptional circumstances we may send out a replacement at our discretion but would require the original item to be returned to us if it arrives after a replacement has been sent.
