We’ll only email you once a month, we promise!
Bring your item to one of our stores, and one of our trained staff will advise you on what work is needed to carry out your repair. If you are happy to proceed, we’ll book your item in complete with a proof of condition photo, and provide you with a receipt.
Once we have your repair booked in, we’ll store it in our safe until it’s ready to head to our workshops where our goldsmith will carry out the work required. Once complete, we’ll give your item a deep clean before returning it to store.
Now your jewellery is ready to be returned to the store. Once back in our safe hands we will examine the work that has been carried out making sure it matches our high standards.
Your item is ready for you to collect from our store at your convenience. Please remember to bring your reciept as we cannot release an item without proof of ownership.
