Time Turners were issued by the Ministry of Magic and used by Hermoine Granger allowing time travel for short spells of time. These stud earrings are solid sterling silver with Crystal Elements. Each stud measures approx 20 mm by 30 mm. These earrings are presented in an official branded Harry Potter gift box.
