Lack of presentation inside the gift wrap

Not that good I'm afraid. The outer gift wrap was lovely but the necklace was just loose inside with no cushion or fixed in a nice presentation

Thank you for your review. Our sincerest apologies this arrived to you loose in the box, this certainly wasn't posted out that way. Pendants/Necklaces we will always hook into the relevant slots in the boxes.
