Refund policy

Online Orders – Returns & Refund Policy

David Christopher Jewellers offers a 30-day return period for online orders. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or is no longer required, please contact us via email or phone to arrange a refund or replacement.

Return Instructions

  • Returns must be made using a Royal Mail tracked service, and proof of postage should be retained.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or fault, in which case reimbursement must be agreed upon in advance.

  • Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging. A 20% fee may apply if packaging is missing or damaged.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the item.

  • Initial postage and gift wrap fees are refundable only if the order is cancelled prior to dispatch or if the item is faulty.

  • Refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exclusions & Additional Fees

  • Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. A £20 charge applies if returned.

  • Custom-made items (e.g. wedding rings, signet rings, titanium or bespoke pieces) are non-refundable. A £20 surcharge applies for resizing or exchanges due to sizing.

  • Items marked as Made to Order are non-refundable, though resizing may be possible depending on the style.

Extended Returns for Gifts

Please notify us if your order is a gift, and we will be happy to extend the return window accordingly.
