If you do want/need to return an online purchase for
whatever reason, please follow the instructions on the packing
slip/invoice received with your order.
Please include note on there stating your Order Number, Reason For Return & if you would like an Exchange/Refund.

Once
the item is received, it will be checked and an agreed refund then
processed. The refund/exchange itself will take 3-5 working days to show
in your account.

If your order hasn’t been sent out already or on route to Royal Mail etc, we will be able to change the delivery address for you. It’s best to contact us straight away.
If you order before 3pm on Monday - Friday we will always aim to dispatch the same day if we can. Of course if these happen to fall on a Bank Holiday things will change.
Delivery time is estimated to be 1-3 working days. This will usually depend on the courier service running as smoothly as expected.
Of course, we're happy to help with this! Whether it's a ring you've owned for many years or 1 you have just purchased we can do this. If you have just bought the ring from us we offer this service Free of charge.

We do accept part exchange using watches, jewellery and/or
old gold for in-store purchases only – This will of course depend on a number of factors:
- If we want to purchase the watch/jewellery
- Current value against them specific watch or jewellery.
