Delivery Information

We want your shopping experience to be as smooth and delightful as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Order Cut-Off & Dispatch Times

Order before 3:00 PM on a working day and we™ll aim to dispatch it the very same day.

• Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be sent out the next working day.

• Standard delivery takes approximately 1“3 working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays).

• Friday orders may not arrive on Saturday “ delivery continues the following week.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you™ll receive a tracking number via email. Depending on the courier used, you can track your parcel here:

We™ll include all tracking details in your dispatch confirmation email.

Order Insurance

Every order is fully insured by us while in transit.
As soon as your parcel is delivered and signed for, it becomes your responsibilitybut rest assured, we™ll keep it protected right up until then.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within a week, don™t panicwe™re here to help.
In rare cases of loss or delay:

• Please allow 14 working days before we can issue a replacement.

• If the original order shows up later, simply return it to us using the provided instructions.

Deliveries to Highlands & Islands

We™re happy to deliver to more remote areas, but there are a couple of things to note:

• DPD option is available with an added 30 charge.

• Alternatively, we™ll use Royal Maildelivery might take a bit longer but it's cost-effective.

Extended Christmas Returns

We know the festive season can be unpredictable! To make gifting easier:

• Orders placed between 25th November and 20th January come with extended returns.

• Please note: Orders placed after 3:00 PM on 20th December are not guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas.
